Methods to Access Reports (API vs. Portal)

Qolo reports can be accessed in two primary ways:

1. Access via API

Clients using APIs must follow a two-step process:

Request Report API – This API generates a report in the backend and returns a unique Report Reference GUID.
Download Report API – Using the Report Reference GUID, clients can retrieve and download the report from the backend.

2. Access via Portal

Clients with portal access and the necessary permissions can generate and download reports through the Qolo portal. The steps for portal access include:

Logging into the Qolo portal.
Selecting the Reports Module.
Choosing the relevant Client Name, Program Name, Report Name, and Report Range.
Downloading the report for further review and analysis.
