Update Digital Package

This endpoint allows you to set or update the digital_package of a card identified by card_proxy.
The digital_package represents the graphics that will be displayed when a card is provisioned on a mobile device.
Please note this endpoint will not automatically update the mobile graphics of an already provisioned card.
The mobile wallet graphics are determined when a card is initially added to a mobile wallet or when a card is re-added to mobile wallet.
