FULL - Reloadable plastic card
VIRTUALONETIME - Single load virtual card
VIRTUAL - Reloadable virtual card
ONETIMELOAD - Single load plastic card
VIRTUALTOKENALLOWED - Virtual card with tokenization allowed
TOKEN - Token
OTHER - Any other issuance type
