Create Instrument

In order to associate an Outside Instrument to a Person, the client must call theCreate Instrument API. The instrument_type must be chosen as 'BANKDDA' for US bank accounts or as 'CARD' for a credit/debit cards. Bank or card details must be provided in the account_details as applicable.
